Rafael Domingo Oslé (Logroño, 1963) is a Spanish jurist and professor, a student of Roman law, comparative law, global law, and theory of law. Domingo is his first surname. Currently, Domingo is the Spruill Family Professor of Law and Religion at the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University in Atlanta and holder of the Álvaro d'Ors Chair at the Culture and Society Institute of the University of Navarra.
