Possession of Cardinals: Péter Erdő and Anthony Poola

The Office for the Liturgical Celebrations of the Supreme Pontiff is an autonomous organ of the Roman Curia, whose task is to prepare all that is necessary for liturgical and other sacred celebrations, which are carried out by or in the name of the Supreme Pontiff, and in conformity with liturgical norms (cf. John Paul II, Apostolic Constitution Pastor Bonus of 28 June 1988, Art. 182).
Cardinal Possession
The Office for the Liturgical Celebrations of the Supreme Pontiff gives notice of the following Preses of Possession:
Saturday 1 July 2023, at 6pm, the Most Eminent Cardinal Péter Erdő, Archbishop of Esztergom-Budapest (Hungary), will take possession of the Title of Santa Maria Nuova, Piazza di S. Francesca Romana, 4.
On Sunday 2 July 2023, at 10 a.m., His Eminence Cardinal Anthony Poola, Archbishop of Hyderabad (India), will take possession of the Title of the Holy Protomartyrs in Via Aurelia Antica, Via Angelo di Pietro, 50.
